Aidan joined the Quazar team in 2023 as an Analyst, he was then promoted to an Associate in 2025. He is responsible for supporting the senior team members on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Specifically, Aidan works on the creation of marketing materials, financial modeling, industry research, and supporting clients during due diligence. 

Before joining Quazar, Aidan interned as a summer analyst with Adirondack Growth Capital. During his internship he completed market and competitor research projects, valued companies, and assisted in the preparation of term sheets and LOIs. Prior to his role at Adirondack, Aidan was a business analyst at Nova Flex LED where he performed an in-depth analysis of customer accounts and orders and presented findings to the senior leadership team.

What do you think are the most important qualities for success in any career, and how do you cultivate those qualities in yourself?

I think the most important quality for success in any career is dedication to continued learning. I try and cultivate this quality by listening, you never know who has information, tips, or tricks that may become beneficial to you.

What are some of the most valuable lessons you have learned throughout your career, and how have those lessons helped you in your work?

The most valuable lessons I have learned are to show up early and ask questions. Learning how to ask the right questions has benefited me greatly during my career.

What inspired you to pursue your current profession, and how did you get started in the field?

I was inspired to pursue an investment banking career after completing my private equity internship. I was fascinated by the different ways companies were operated and how they are valued.
