Gentle Transitions' Brands Are Reunited Under Corporate Relocation International's Acquisition of Gentle Transitions of California

Minneapolis, Minnesota – Quazar is pleased to announce that Gentle Transitions of California (“GT of CA” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Corporate Relocation International (“CRI”), a portfolio company of ShoreView Industries (“ShoreView”). Quazar acted as Gentle Transitions’ exclusive financial advisor, while Peters Law Firm served as legal counsel. The transaction closed on May 1, 2023, and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GT of CA, based in Manhattan Beach, CA, has a lengthy history of providing senior move management services throughout California and Nevada. The Company was a pioneer of the senior move management industry and has seen extensive growth since its founding nearly three decades ago. With approximately 50 employees, GT of CA specializes in providing a hands-on approach for seniors who are in need of stress-free relocation services, coordinating with moving companies, and handling all aspects of a move, including planning, organizing, packing, and unpacking.

With the acquisition of GT of CA, CRI and ShoreView have reunited GT of CA with its sister company, Gentle Transitions of Minnesota.
