Minneapolis, Minnesota – Quazar is pleased to announce that its client, Showcraft, Inc. (“Showcraft” or “Company”), has been acquired by an Undisclosed Financial Buyer. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Shareholders of Showcraft retained Quazar to advise on exit strategies and to make strategic introductions. The Shareholders ultimately found an ideal fit in with a group seeking to implement their general benefit corporation concept, as it allowed current Shareholders to transition out of the business while strengthening the Company’s strong culture and values moving forward.
“Quazar’s network and deep relationships were the catalyst in Showcraft and the Buyer coming together. This acquisition will have a positive impact on all of our stakeholders, including our fantastic employees and loyal client base. I can’t wait to see where the new owners will lead the Company to in the future.” – Jeryl Beaulieu, President and CEO of Showcraft, Inc.
“We searched for a strong company with the right culture for our general benefit corporation strategy, and we found just that in Showcraft. We look forward to leveraging Showcraft’s talented team and stellar reputation in order to continue serving our clients while making a positive impact on society as a whole. We believe the general benefit corporation concept will allow us to best serve all of Showcraft’s stakeholders into the future.” – Buyer
