I think it is important to have mutual respect for each other and the roles that each play in an organization. In addition, communication is important in building a successful team.

What inspired you to pursue your current profession, and how did you get started in the field?

I always had a love for math and numbers. In eighth grade, I did a career report on the profession of a CPA and decided that was the career for me. After graduating, I started out in audit at a public accounting firm, primarily working on financial institutions.
